When is The Hundred Cricket?
As for when the tournament takes place, it’s typically held during summer in England (July-August), lasting about five weeks.
This schedule structure ensures that games won’t clash with any significant concurrent international tournaments.
The Inaugural Edition
The inaugural edition began on July 22nd, 2021. It featured eight new city-based women’s and men’s teams across seven UK cities. The whole tournament was carried live on BBC and Sky Sports featuring world-renowned cricketers from all around the globe.
